Byrd Campbell, P.A. proudly represents the Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) in a recent lawsuit filed in Orange County against BELLSOUTH TELECOMMUNICATIONS, LLC, d/b/a AT&T SOUTHEAST asserting claims for violations of the FCC’s E-rate Program, a program designed to support low-cost telecommunications to schools, libraries, health-care providers, and others. Under the E-rate Program, AT&T was to have charged favored pricing (“lowest corresponding price”) to OCPS. The lawsuit alleges that AT&T fraudulently overcharged OCPS by more than $1 Million.
