Matt is an associate attorney in Byrd Campbell’s Orlando office, where he is a member of the firm’s real estate and corporate transactions practice group. Matt focuses his practice on a variety of transactional and corporate matters, including corporate structuring, contract drafting, contract negotiation, capital raising, and finance transactions in the private equity and commercial real estate industries.
