Byrd Campbell Represents Lender/Investor in Dynasty Ocoee Dispute

Byrd Campbell has once again been engaged to handle a high-stakes commercial lawsuit in Orange County state court, this time representing a lender/investor in the proposed $1 billion mixed-use sports and entertainment development in Ocoee, Florida, known as The Dynasty. Tucker Byrd, lead counsel, commented, “Our client is owed over $5 million, and we intend to enforce our rights to collect the money, including a foreclosure, if necessary.”
