Matt Digney

Matt is an associate attorney in Byrd Campbell’s Orlando office, where he is a member of the firm’s real estate and corporate transactions practice group. Matt focuses his practice on a variety of transactional and corporate matters, including corporate structuring, contract drafting, contract negotiation, capital raising, and finance transactions in the private equity and commercial real estate industries.

Prior to joining Byrd Campbell, Matt earned his Law Degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as a member of the Wake Forest Law Review. Matt earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, where he majored in Economics.
