Byrd Campbell Announces New Leaders of Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups
Byrd Campbell, a leading-edge law firm representing businesses, announces another bold move in naming new leaders of its flagship litigation and real estate practice groups. Scottie McPherson, who for 10 years served as Tucker Byrd’s chief deputy litigator, takes over to lead the litigation practice group, which has pioneered commercial contingency cases, handling cases across the country. Robin Uricchio, already leading the Florida real estate and transactional practice group, now brings her decades of experience to take the helm of our national real estate practice group which, even during the COVID crisis, handled over a billion dollars last year alone in real estate transactions throughout the country.
The firm’s President and co-founder, Tucker Byrd, said this of both, “We’ve always been a dynamic firm, and with the naming of Scottie McPherson and Robin Uricchio as heads of our two most significant practice areas, both strong leaders and extremely competent lawyers, not just among women lawyers, but among all lawyers, we have continued that great tradition. When Jamie Campbell and I started the firm years ago, we wanted to build something special, and to do that we need great people around us. In Scottie and Robin, we found those people and want to celebrate their accomplishments and embrace their roles in helping to lead the firm forward.”
