Christine Zharova
Christine is an experienced trial attorney and a former partner of a large insurance defense firm. Christine joined the firm after handling complex civil litigation cases from the inception of the case through trial for almost 15 years.
Christine’s experience includes medical malpractice, product liability, and other catastrophic injuries and wrongful death cases. Christine has also represented clients in complex coverage issues and insurance disputes in state and federal courts.
Christine has frequently served as an advisor to insurers and medical groups on issues relating to Medicare compliance and has defended a large insurance company and a physician group in litigation involving Medicare Secondary Payor Act, 42 USC Section 1395y(b)(5), 42 CFR Part 411.
Christine obtained her Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree from the University of Miami, where she majored in Finance, with a minor in Business Law. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. She holds an AV rating, the highest assigned by Martindale-Hubbell.
Christine is an avid local real estate investor and is a volunteer for Physician Coach Support, where she guides physicians navigating through the litigation process as a physician coach.
