Scottie N. McPherson

Scottie is the Head of Litigation at Byrd Campbell, P.A., and she has over a decade of experience in multiple aspects of complex business litigation. She regularly represents clients in both federal and state court, and her practice areas include business tort litigation, contract litigation, corporate dispute litigation, real estate litigation, creditor’s rights, factoring, securities, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, non-competition and trade secret disputes, intellectual property, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit matters.

Scottie is a skilled trial attorney with considerable courtroom experience who has handled both jury and non-jury trials. She is also an experienced appellate advocate.
