A local developer that was a longtime joint-venture partner in three Central Florida LongHorn Steakhouse restaurants is suing the chain’s parent company for alleged breach of contract, according to court documents.
Maitland-based Ronical International Trading LLC — an entity whose managing member is Adil Elias, president of development firm Le Royal Inc. — is seeking a temporary injunction in Orange County’s Ninth Judicial Circuit Court to stopRare Hospitality International Inc. from taking “any further actions to exclude Ronical from participating in the three joint ventures owned by Ronical and Rare,” a July 28 court filing showed.
