New York’s Astara Capital acquires Orlando-based Del-Air
Sanford-based Del-Air Heating & Air Conditioning has been sold. The well-known local company, which dates back to 1983 and has grown to more than 600 employees, was bought by New York-based Astara Capital Partners. Byrd Campbell, P.A. and Charlotte-based firm Robinson Bradshaw assisted in the closing.
